As part of our commitment to quality, all starters and alternators are subjected to MPA’s rigorous T3 Testing process. The process is a multi-staged, repetitive testing methodology that ensures total quality by paying special attention to each and every unit. We repeatedly inspect and test components, sub-assemblies and final units to ensure that every unit we ship is dependable and durable.

Test 1 - Initial sample approvals test all components to validate specifications and functionality.

Test 2 - All critical sub-assemblies are 100% tested on specialized equipment prior to final assembly.

Test 3 - Completed units are individually end-of-line tested on proprietary, load-based testers across a full range of operating requirements.
